Barolo Bussia DOCG 2017 by Cascina Ballarin has an intense ruby red color with very slight orange notes, it has a very intense, toasty, floral scent. The taste opens with majestic power, long tannins, very rich and very persistent. In the mouth it is powerful, rich, sweet, fat and persistent.

The grapes come from the vineyards of La Morra and the aging takes place in Slavonian oak barrels for a period of 26 months followed by 8 months of rest in the bottle.

The name Bussia is one of the most famous and historic sub-denominations "Cru" of Barolo present in the municipality of Monforte d'Alba.
